Womencraft is a social enterprise operating from Ngara, in the north-west of Tanzania.  Our mission is to foster a profitable business for women artisans in the post-conflict, tri-border area of Tanzania, Burundi and Rwanda.  Our sustainable and socially oriented business model is focused on supporting the growth of women-led producer groups and connecting their artistry to the global marketplace.  We work with more than 600 women artisans, including refugee returnees from Burundi.
